Bodega Bay Fisherman’s Festival

We have an annual party to celebrate the Bodega Bay Fisherman’s Festival where everyone comes over for brunch and we watch the parade of boats go by.  The Fisherman’s Festival is multi-purpose….it’s a fund-raiser for local charities, it marks the opening of salmon season, and it’s a memorial to those fisherman who have lost their lives in this area.   In addition to the boat parade, there are two days of festivities at West Shore Park including music, Coast Guard demonstrations, a petting zoo, craft fairs, art shows, food and wine festivals…you name it!  It’s here for the weekend and it’s always a lot of fun!
