Eager to Know Her Passport’s Current Status

My mother’s been waiting for me in Tokyo. She went there a week earlier and I told her I’d follow her right away. But I just applied for passport a few days ago. I was too busy working on a school project and there’s no way I can left without submitting those academic requirements. I want to know my passport current status but I have no idea where to go. I need to have it now. I do not want to keep my mother waiting. This is only one of the few moments we can spend together. This will be my first time in Tokyo and I am really excited. My mother will serve as my tour guide for she’s been there a number of times already.
