My General Interest Blog Could Lead to a Career in Writing
Blogging has become a way to express opinions, keep a journal of personal experiences, share mutual interests, or write about favorite celebrities, movies, books, and sports teams through electronic means. Some people who are regular bloggers have attained celebrity status of their own. It is a great way for people who enjoy writing to hone their talent and progress to bigger and better things. I am one of those who has been a closet writer since I was very young. At that time I was too self-conscious to let anyone read what I wrote. Now I write a General Interest Blog that is read by possibly hundreds or more people a day. Who knows, maybe someday I will be a famous author like J.K. Rowling, Stephanie Meyer, or Nora Roberts? These ladies started out writing in their spare time and look at how successful they have become.
