Cufflinks on a 3-year old?

Have you ever tried putting on cuff links on a squirmy three year old? It can be torture, I tell you. This is exactly the scenario that I had to begrudgingly undergo when my brother got married a couple of years ago. I mean, I have nothing against little kids – I love my nephew to bits – but they can be quite a handful. This is why I didn’t dream of placing little children on my wedding entourage when I got married last month. I don’t think they love being in the wedding either, so why torture the little angels? They can play all they want in the party – just don’t force them to walk down the aisle with you.
