Annual parade clean up

I was on the board this year for our annual parade. I have gone to the parade for years, but knew that it could be better. Instead of just complaining about the problems, I thought that I would join the team and try and make the difference that I wanted to see. One of the biggest problems we’ve had is the trash that is littered all over the city during the time. Everyone comes out and enjoys the vendors and various other activities that lead to a lot of trash on the ground. This year we hired waste management sydney to come out and clean up the city. They did an amazing job, and to be honest was the difference in this years success.
