Putting Out the Welcome Mat
After my brother and his wife got married, they called me and my wife up and told us that they were thinking about moving to the same city. They were wondering if they could come and stay with us while they looked for an apartment in the city. I told them that it would not be an issue. We did only have the small corner bathtubs for bathing, but they had come and stayed in the past, and it had all worked out. Since they were already familiar with our place, I told them that they were always welcome to stay there.
