Reading weight loss pill reviews can be overwhelming. I don’t put much stock in miracle weight loss pills, but since we seem to have a pill for everything these days, why not weight loss? But when I read the reviews, I was shocked by how unregulated the over-the-counter market is. There are so many different ingredients, and it appears that some of them can be dangerous. I also learned that there are prescription weight loss pills, which I didn’t know. In any case, the review sites can be helpful, if you are sure to look at unbiased, informative sites.
