The two types of Provillus are one for men and one for women. The women’s formula is similar to the men’s; but at the same time, it is very different. Both the women’s and men’s formulas are a two-step process. They have a topical solution you put on your hair and a tablet that you take twice a day. The topical liquid for men contains Minoxidil, the FDA approved topical shown to help re-grow your own hair in a 5% concentration; and the women’s formula uses a 2% concentration. The tablets are also similar, but different. Both formulas include vitamin B6 and biotin, but the rest of the ingredients are different.
