Belly Dance: One of the Best Belly Fat Exercises

Most people are not aware that dancing, especially belly dancing helps you get rid of belly fat.  If you take notice, most belly dancers have very flat stomachs.  This is because dancing to the music is not only something they do for fun; it is also one of the Best belly fat exercises.  Although the sways and moves of belly dancing are generated from the hips, your entire body plays a part, especially your stomach and this uses many of our bodies muscles.  Your belly does most of the work after the hips therefore making it flat and free of belly fat.
